"Having found hands-on Alexander lessons really helpful as well as very relaxing and enjoyable I wasn't sure about having Alexander lessons on-line, but on my first Alexander Zoom lesson with Sarah I could really see the benefits to this type of learning."

"Sarah has taught me to notice the way I hold and move my body and to let go of habits that do not serve me and cause pain (shoulder, hip, back). It has been a revelation to me that I can release and lengthen my muscles through my thought processes..."

What is posture?
Posture is a word commonly associated with the Alexander Technique, but what do we mean by 'posture'? When I talk about posture I'm talking about our stance, our attitude, our outlook and broadly about how we think, breathe and move. posturecoach mind-muscle training involves learning new thinking skills in gentle activity. With improved posture we take the strain out of activities and can move with co-ordinated ease.....giving us access to better living!
"I'm 70 and retired and started Alexander lessons with Sarah about three months ago. I now 'see' her (virtually) fortnightly. When I started I was in acute pain with my lower back - a long term problem dating back decades....I'm moving in the right direction now..."
